I agree with this. It was that PR that talked about maximizing value for ALL stakeholders (when CEMJQ was trading in the 1.30's) that is my point of contention. As MC said, Rogerson may well have done a good job of turning the company around, but that PR caused a lot of people to lose a lot of money, since it caused many to not only hold, but to buy up into the 1.40's and 1.50's. As CEO, I must assume that Rogerson had something to do with it prior to release. In retrospect, if a PR was necessary (and a case could be made that it wasn't) it should have read something like "equity will likely get a small recovery", or something along those lines. But equity "may well get recovery", on top of the "maximumizing value" for all statement, was irresponsible to say the least.
Otherwise, it was a good analysis by MC. However, I will likely pass on that rights offering. Still holding a good bit, though.
