Sounds to me like Mac has got everything lined up, ready to go and is about to get the money to finally make it all happen! It's a smart move on Mac's part to renegotiate the terms of his contract at this time, he sees the future potential of this project!

From reading the January PR this project is suposed to be HUGE! With the contacts Mac has, this project could be bigger than we anticipated! There's no way SYNJ's going to lose Mac, he just wants the position and compensation he deserves.

I'm sure they will resolve the issue with the financing agreement so Mac can get everything underway. Getting an international banking arrangement issued by HSBC Bank, London is not an easy task i'm sure considering the state of the economy.
