Too little info to understand the escrow /loan statement . A pr about a employee wanting more implies several things, Bs will use a tool to let mac go for that reason , he gets his shares money and another P&D, or a keeps mac and reason for needing more money.

The loan doesnt look like it went thru yet or hasnt been used yet because no warehouse yet.

Anyway strange pr , looks like something as a prelude to a RS for more cash .

Then he keeps mac and the reason for a RS .The pr tells us nothing , except that maybe they need more cash .
