This doesn't really sound like something SYNJ would do. Normally they wait like 3 months before they PR something that's been completed. Why would they PR something that's still in negotiations? Wouldn't it make more sense if they PR'd it after the fact...?

Just thinking out loud...but it sounds like they PR'd this cause there's information out there and they're thinking the ihubbers will be able to dig it up...
