This is the filing that I was waiting for to coincide with the 1.3Billion O/S increase a while back when the O/S went from 9.82B to 11.2B.
The timing of this filing is very late. According to my tracking, this 504 must have been done around June 22nd or 23rd, ~1-2 days after we confirmed the Huge O/S Increase at the T/A. Based on the calculation the low PPS Avg for the previous 5 days before would have been 0.0005, take half of that (the cost of the 504's) you get 0.00025. For $300k that equals 1.2Billion shares. Pretty dang close to the O/S increase of 1.3Billion. Now notice on June 24th, the Volume went from 52M on June 23rd to 740M on June 24th.
Coincidence??? Spanish investors??? I think not. The 504 Investor dumped about half of their holdings on the 24th, which tanked our PPS from 0.0007 down to 0.0004 on the 24th. The spanish contingent is smoke and mirrors in my opinion. It's the 504 investor selling their shares plain and simple. I know Jim is saying that it's not the 504, but he either doesn't know..is naive... or he's lying. take your pick.
Also, look how convenient...as of this transaction, he has now hit his $1M maximum (within 35k) of 504 Sales within any 1 yr period. Again....Coincidence? nope he needed to get the rest of the $1M before the 12 month cycle was ending on July 16th. There won't be any 504's until after July 16th, then the cycle starts all over again.
Now, we knew he was going to do 504's and were fine with it, but what I'm most furious about is that Jim is saying the 504's aren't selling their shares. They clearly are if you track the pps following the 504's & O/S increases and the trading volume on those days following. They are Selling...and I don't blame them, I would sell too. There's no spanish group...come on...seriously?
