Just spoke with Eric Stratton, the CEO. He said that they will write & release a letter to shareholders this week, addressing the recent large swings and, hopefully, reinstilling shareholder confidence. On their end it is business as usual, nothing has changed with the company, there is still the 1-year A/S freeze, upcoming updates with mobile apps this month (Droid & Ipad), and more.

This letter to shareholders could be done through either a PR with other updates or simply a filing on pinks. This is something I've been calling Eric about since last Thursday, when the stock, and me as a shareholder, got crushed. Eric also said his wife just had a healthy baby boy.
