Yes, that and the CEO PROVING beyond any reason that he is capable of guiding a growth company & steering clear of poor judgement!!

The being disbarred, reasons for such, and personal BK aren't exactly shinning testaments to a great character. However, who among us has not made mistakes; let's just hope the guy has put his past behind him!

Otherwise, for us shareholders, it would be IDIOCY not to remain mindful of these facts as I first reported long ago. Shareholders have to be mindful of pitfalls & threats to their investments.

I hope Ken can be straight-forward & diligent in his objectives here and not get sidetracked by temptation & easy-money. He will surely be tempted & we need to be mindful of that! All imho of course!
