Exactly. $2000.00 for a restaurant of any size will not work.Especially the restaurants they are now targeting. $2000.00 would be half the profits(probably more then half). Why would anyone pay that and all it does is track inventory. Don't give me the stuff about faster service because it wont make service any faster. Cooks can only cook so fast. The bottleneck is and always will be the kitchen.
