u can't sell restricted shares, first of all, you have to get the legend off, then you may need an opinion letter and you must fill all nec forms out....the only way to do it would be if the broker, the broker dealer, the transfer agent, dtc, and the investor and the company were all in a conspiracy together to defraud the world...sounds crazy doesn't it....but that is what it would take,,you may be upset but they can't sell those restricted shares untill the restriction is lifted and if anyone tells you different they are full of bologna
