I suggest to anyone that trades pennies, DO NOT USE SCOTTRADE OR TDAMERITRADE, they both will modify what you can and cannot buy in the penny stocks at anytime they choose and they will not change it no matter what their investors want, they will take your commission then rob you blind. I strongly suggest using a company such as Zecco. I have yet to see them tell you how you can spend your money.
