because that is the norm in the pink world...the vast majority of trades are flips...until sanity returns to the world of equities...particularly the retail investors will continue to flip and be fearful...these attempts at being "honest" fall on deaf ears...the proof is in the pudding...you won't get big buying pressure unless the pps moves and stays up for a significant period and even then everyone who comes in will have a trailing stop loss in place to prevent being creamed by unscrupulous traders...
