If I understand this correctly, there are 2b shares authorized, with about 640 mil tradable. At .0015, times 2b, the market cap is currently only $3m. According to: http://thestockwizards.net/traders/dont-invest-or-trade-another-penny-stock-until-you-read-this/#more-128 the potential market cap is $40m. I haven't taken into consideration the mergers, etc. Any opinions, I am pretty confident about the upside potential of this stock, but any comments are welcome, positive or negative. TIA.
