The question is when (near- or long-term) and how this is going to Nasdaq. DA mentioned in previous CC that he would favor the NASDAQ Smallcap over OTCBB. Seeing this topic brought up again certainly is an interesting aspect of the PR.
However, judging from the listing requirements, it needs some significant business restructuring or merger of some sorts to meet the initial requirements.
