This weekend I spent some time going back reading some EXPH Ihub posts from around June of 09 to September 09. I'm seeing one constant theme... then and now. Example to chew on...

love strategies and tactics employed

only ceo's worth *investing* in on the
otc/bb .. are those who understand the
game *played* .. jd isn't disappointing :)

Seeing is believing for me. That type of philosophy didn't work out really, really well for your everyday common shareholder.... lord have mercy.

Speaking entirely for myself here, which means IMO.... I'd much rather have a CEO who has a working knowledge and understanding on cabinetry and is experienced in the construction, remodeling and retail sectors. Display background would be an added bonus.

One who knows how to run a profitable business, be a real good front man, and one has a 'presence' about him when he speaks.

One who is fully accountable and ensures each employee knows they are also accountable.

One who can glean the importance of building overall morale and maintain that morale for employees and the companies shareholders.

I hope our new CEO will never, ever concern him/her self with MM's , traders, stock message boards, or how the *game* is played.

Running a viable, profitable, publicly traded company is not a game, imo.
