I'm just suggesting an avenue. Certainly not required.

Pipeholder, you bring some good information to this board as a PIPE investor in JBII and I'm sure those looking for information are thankful.

Can I ask by what date Mr. Bordynuik promised to file the S-1 or SB-2 to register the shares of your group of PIPE investors? At least I'm hoping you and others didn't invest without a registration timeline. Is there a date in the term sheet for registration?...hopefully with penalties for JBII if they don't register your shares by a certain date, for your protection?
