Again this is purely conjecture but if Barrick Gold (ABX) is involved and are included in the process of having been a knowing partner in the Fitzgerald fraud the value of these proceedings could escalate to ??????

Barrick have succession rights and responsibilities on the defrauded land claim ownwership re the Goldstrike properties.

The value of the Fitzgerald estate is difficult to quantity as it is likely tied up in all types of holdings.
The hold on the estate has been ongoing now for several months and would need to be resolved ASAP for all those involved and especially for the Fitzgerald estate.
I have a strong opinion that Mr. Fitzgerald was likely involved in other similar fraudulent affairs where he the estate would have benefitted monetarilly adding present value to the claim against the estate.
