Based on the likely value of the Fitzgerald estate it is simply my take that the EC committy would want this diclosed,resolved before agreeing to an ongoing valuation as it relates to equity in Tronox.
The EC must at this point have a relative strong position and or knowledge on this cases pending settlement.
These are extraordinary developments and as such add a lot of weight to the reorg Plan proposed.
Just my thoughts here no more.

Once the gates(estate's settlement)are open the Cows,Hoggs,Pigs all move on to perceived greener pastures.
