Dear PGPM-COO:

For better or worse I suspect I am one of the largest shareholders of this company, at least until the upcoming dilution. In the past I have had numerous email conversations with Mr. Pinedo in which he assured me he and his family were HUGE PGPM shareholders and that it was in his best interest to increase share value. Imagine my surprise when I see your post stating he is a minor shareholder. This type of situation is simply one of the many reasons this board is reluctant to believe what we are told. Then, when time lines are missed, even by a little, it reinforces our negative view. Was RP lying to me or did he recently sell his "huge" number of shares?
