Looks as likely that Mainland is a victim here. They are legitimate business. Are you implying they are not? Or simply pointing out they have a problem with those unscrupulous trio.

If Pierce, Vaughn Barbon and Gino Cicci did "engage in campaigns to publicize and ultimately raise the price of the stock," sell their holdings and "walk away with million of dollars in profits."

Then Mainland is temporarily hurt by such activity.
All this bears watching but I don't see those guys on our distinguished board. Has Mainland fallen victim or are they part of it. I believe they are the former.
