I think shareholders were all shocked when Jared said Kistler and him were good friends for many years. Then when Jared claimed to get rid of Kistler we thought it was a good sign. Only problem is Jared was dealing with Carnes and Kistler every day but not telling shareholdershe was giving them shares on a regular basis at bargain prices.
