Lets be clear here. You just stated resign in order to avoid any future conflicts of interest. But in your PR you stated "include the retirement of Rafael Pinedo" Retirement and resigning are two different things. Which is it ? And they are different one he is leaving on his own and the other means you are eligible for retirement benefits. Does this mean he is still pulling something from PGPM. Please clarify.
