The reason I ask this, as a long time shareholder, prior management has been extremely questionable/lacking with disseminating information that would be beneficial to current and future shareholders. As you have mentioned, transparency is a key tool in the relationship between managment and investor. We as investors need to feel managment is looking out for our best interests, as well as disclosing that information in a viable and verifiable manner.
I will tell you up front that I am, as are many other long time shareholders on this board, quite leary of information that is not verifiable. Mr. Pinaedo submitted PR's with questionable and highly speculative information on many occasions in the past. As iambroke pointed out, many of us are well educated, and have a great deal of knowledge involving not only the oil/gas industry, but many industries/professions/businesses that are closely related.
The people that post on this message board have, and will continue to investigate any and all aspects of PGPM going forward. It's in our best interests, as well as the company's. I'm sure you can appreciate a group of well educated/informed investors willing to check managment's abilities and progress, and express our interests/concerns in an ADULT and PROFESSIONAL manner.
You are probably aware there are literally dozens of message boards that list PGPM as a topic of discussion. I personally am a member of at least a dozen seperate boards. This board however, is by far the most current/active board with a consistent group of member shareholders for PGPM.
I would like to make a suggestion. If you are willing/able to answer questions, it would probably be in the best interest of all to first ( legally speaking) incorporate a REAL Q&A page on the corporate website. That can be handled in a variety of ways. There could be an email address specifically for questions attached to the Q&A page and is answered/updated say on a monthly basis. The people on this board could submit questions to this boards mod, and he can submit them to you (if masc is willing to do so). I would not be opposed to the mod sorting/combining questions to alleviate duplicates and blatantly unanswerable questions.
Those questions/answers could then be posted on the corporate website. If a monthly period is too frequent, then possibly a quarterly posting would be a possibility.
As a long time investor, I can say one of the most frustrating things is the lack of transparancy from (any)corporate managment. As adult professionals, we are all aware that timelines change. We know things get pushed back...fail to materialize...just don't work out and go as expected. We as adult professionals also expect those responsible/in control to take ownership of those situations, as well as the positives, and disseminate both good and bad information to maintain that needed level of transparency/trust in a timely manner.
As it stands, I believe the majority of those here are willing to support the new management. We would be most appreciative of a more open and professional line of transparency within legal guidelines, and a level of communication that gives us reason to believe that we aren't being taken for a ride.
As I mentioned before, PRIOR management was painfully lacking in management/shareholder communication. We are hoping you will continue to vastly improve that aspect of the relationship, and I think I can safely say we are all looking forward to better and more productive times ahead.
