A Whale is testing through today in a 25 sq. mile test site. Directly over the well head the Helix Producer can collect up to 25,000 bpd and then burned or transferred to other tankers. Weather has delayed the set-=up of the Helix over the well,and that should be in place with collection starting Wed. Source AP Tom Breen
