Stossel interviewed Ezra Levant on the case against him in Canada concerning the publishing of those Danish cartoon depictions of Mohammed a few years ago:



Levant eventually "won" the cases (he was embroiled in multiple litigations), but he was out over $100K in the process, while the imam who brought the charges was out nothing, as Canada foot the bill. Stossel's point was that this case would have never been in the U.S. because of First Amendment protections.
