You misunderstand me, I know that part of the case against them by the SEC is the illegal dumping of shares, I don't dispute there are allegations being made, im saying until the court says based on the evidence that they are in fact guilty I will not just take the SEC's word for it. As a former law enforcement officer I'm not naive to corruption in the system and alterior motives for personal gain driving such behavior
