I believe the price of BVIG and KATX has a lot to do with the speculation of what is in the ground at HC and the other properties. Very few companies trade at actual net value. Boil any corporation down to it's computers, buildings, land, etc., and their share price is a lot more because it is based on earnings, anticipated earnings and such. If you are looking to invest money where there is no premium built in for anticipated income and gains, and you find such a company, then I'd wager that company has no future as far as it's investors are concerned.
