The Division of Reclamation and Mining Safety (DRMS) has told the company that their final decision for the permit amendment should be out around Sept 8th. Most of the permitting process with reclamation and mining is now complete.

There is some electrical and mechanical maintenance and upgrading to do at the mill that we are hoping they complete by fall, so milling can begin as soon as possible after the permit is received. There is some work that can't be done before the permit is final, (or risk another delay from DRMS). Some work needs to be done as far as the ponds, etc, are concerned.

The business plan is to use money from the mill operation to begin the mining work.

Burk has done a great job on this boards iBox with a lot of good info. Also, the CGFIA website has the PR's listed under "articles". Lots of good DD to be found - very transparent.
