"The first CVR has already failed."  That may be.  I have paid little attention, nor had reason to.  Whatever rights are represented simply sit in my account unvalued.  However, the discussion was over whether legitimate investments--biotech investments, particularly--existed in Israel.  I believe the return of about 500% of the average money invested in LEVP over about a two year period would qualify it as a real company without any consideration of the contingencies.
