stephQB, I don't know the answer to your question but it does raise the issue of pricing for the halloysite. If this JV with NaturalNano and Nano Dynamics is successful, Atlas will have the rights to license the separation process. Will their pricing be based on bulk clay or nanotubes? The price of carbon nanotubes is on the order of - if you have to ask you can’t afford it.

No doubt these are research quantities and halloysite nanotubes might be considered inferior to carbon nanotubes, I don’t know. There are also issues like yield of nanotubes per ton of clay.

So what is a ton of halloysite nanotubes worth? I don't think bulk clay prices offer much guidance.
