Encouraged on the Mineseeker Update

I'm sure Dean realized there was going to be a bad reaction on the SP with the Loan rejection. But I also believe he put out the PR on the funding of the MS demonstration to show that Quasar is still moving on with planned objectives even with the Loan setback. He knows the future importance of MS in the scheme of things for Quasar and wanted the shareholders to know that Quasar is committed in doing it's part to move MS forward. So success in the demonstrations in Croatia next week is critical for Quasar and it's shareholders.
