Wonder how long it will be before David Dadon sues GSTY for the $ 12,000,000 plus still owed on the "option" to buy his land. Looks like David will get to keep his land and still get paid on the option. Like having your cake and eating it too. David will have to foreclose on first 150 acres which he actually sold to GSTY. I just hope there is a big taxable event for David with no money to pay the taxes. That would be a fitting punishment.
