Jodi probably assumes that Vianna (or anyone else who calls) would know that CEDE would have a cert.

Why would she assume that?
She works for a TA and if she gets questions from shareholders she should assume shareholders don't know ANYTHING about this and she has to clarify these things. Not the other way around.
A good TA would clarify every point and comma IMHO.
