Dog i posted this 49% ownership thing a few days ago after the PR came out about them TRYING to acquire 30% of the company. but now that i read the PR you posted from 2009 EFLN owns 49% of INEX-Worldwide not INEX-Solutions. So i guess technically they didnt lie about anything but they were a little misleading.

What they need to do now more then anything is show the shareholders they are for real and get up to date on the pinksheets. Then from there blast out some PR's about contracts and finalizing the 30% Inex deal (b/c until then EFLN is making no money from the contracts that INEX gets). Until they are actually filing things and keeping pinksheets up to date the PR's dont really mean anything to deep pockets wanting to INVEST not trade.
