There is a lot more to the story. A little DD would tell you that Fisher was NOT involved in any way with PSC. In fact, he was quite upset with their P&D tactics. In my notes, I see that it appears as if DF felt that he had been ripped off as well. You may also recall that PSC was given BEHL shares by a "third party" who (my surmising here) was a part of the rip off of Fisher and BEHL.
