I would guess those shares went to his brother and the guy that use to work for colgate as liek a sign on bonus...adds up to me how you can get people into a position without spending a bunch of money to get them... could be a good thing long-term but short term isnt good in my books because if they continue to sell at .01-.015 we will be here forever so they can pay their personal day2day expenses using that as their living wage...
