I spoke to Jodi at the Transfer Agent's office, and she confirmed that the O/S is UNCHANGED.
Also, she clarified that the 67B "cert outstanding" are definitely physical certificates.
The 7.7B "book outstanding" are shares that are in a register at the TA's office.
