BOB, I am no attorney, but in my opinion, those who bought because they believed the nonsense about the 28 million, and the projections based on it probably have a case. I never bought , so it doesn't concern me. But any who lost a lot of money may want to look into a class action. There are a number of attorneys out there who specialize in securities fraud. It would be best to contact one and get an opinion. I can tell you that the first thing they will look into is whether there is any money to go after. If not, it's a waste of time. But there is an SEC complaint site. That would be a good place to start. I have spoken several times with SEC public reps in the past. They are friendly and helpfull:
