Very interesting but overpriced

Nice property and good management, good models also however there is too much expectation built into the price right now. Looks more like an overvalued DOW stock.

I'm sure that on at least one of their properties they will find 1 mil oz, maybe 2 mil oz. Multi-mil oz discoveries at multiple locations is how this stock is priced now though.

Its a long, long road from just starting drilling to proving up reserves and resources. Full of successes and great drill results but also filled with disappointing results. Most likely at least one and probably more of these properties while having Au/Ag will prove uneconomical to mine.

Oh I'm going to buy some Chesapeake, I like the company, I like the management, I like the properties, but I'll wait till it comes down to earth a bit... There are years of price action on this before anything like a firm resource that can be sold or developed is confirmed...

Baring significant and continual discoveries early on and/or a run up in the POG the risk here is on the downside right now.
