I would venture to say any time between now and October, with a heavy lean towards October. I said last fall that they would probably hold results until after the EEZ auction closes, and that appears to be exactly what they are doing.

Ask yourself why they would do that? If the JDZ was a bust, announcing that negative news early would drive down the EEZ bids, a prudent move... but they hold results tightly. Why?
