There could be a head-and-shoulder pattern developing. Although it would be a rather atypical one, since the stock was in a general uptrend through what might be the head formation.

You are also right with the group. Water Transportation is currently middle-of-the pack.

I am still watching it as it may be undervalued. However, I won't buy it unless general market conditions improve.
