I really hate to sound like a broken record here, but everyone with Ask @ .0003 needs to move them up. If we have a wall at .0003 buyers will wait to see what happens. Why be in a hury to get in if there are a ton of .0003 shares available. When we are down at 2x .0003 and 1x .0003 in the ask it will begin to move.. Everyone will want to buy before it moves up..
