I suspect that a PR has been drafted, and is sitting in a file.

When the price is right, the NEWS will be released!

NEWS releases tend to be released when the stocks pps falls under a "Key Support Level". Currently, that level is 0.034c.

On February 10th, the stock made a low of 0.034c

4-days later, on Feb. 17th the stock hit 0.13c on NEWS.

My guess, is that when the stock goes down to under 0.034c,

again, NEWS will be released, that will be viewed as POSITIVE, and will result in a "Short-Covering", as well as public BUYING.
