Nope, there's no free level 2 for pink sheet! I used to ask the same question like you and have looked all over the net too...anyways, I have these two websites which provides free level 2 for pinksheet's stocks (but it's 15 min. delay): http://www.allstocks.com & http://www.hotstocked.com ...Hope that could help u. Most of the time you have to pay for the services...I have to pay $30 for mine level 2 and my some of my buddies have to pay from $49-$89 for the level 2 for pinksheet & OTC...
