Yes, I would agree with you there, "Nobody voluntarily lets go of a dilution-funded gravy train.", but I am having a hard time searching for the dilution that is mentioned. I have reviewed the last two years of PGPM to see if there is an unusual increase of trading.......can't seem to find anything except chatter trading. I do see that the share count went up, listed on PinkSheets...and not real volume since and even days of no trades......but in your current DD...you would know that there has been a major change in the company structure! I am having a hard time to associate any correlation to dilution. Maybe you know something that you can share???
So, and/or do you think it is in-voluntary????
