First of all the company is not diluting so this is not true. Second of all VERT (The Vertical Group Inc) is just like any other Market Maker and is consistantly in the top 15 of market makers in trades. The VERT thing is just market maker conspiracy as well as the dilution. The TA seems to support my theory as well as IR. Do what you want though imo. GLTA.
