Vega is way past due with providing a progress update to their shareholders vis a vis their stated intention to move VGPR off the Pink Sheets to a "Major" exchange.

I assume that their financial reporting structure is giving them problems as any legitimate exchange has strigent rules addressing that issue (and many more).

In any case, the management should feel a responsibility to be forthright and provide us with the status of the proposed move. Their lack of follow through 'might' indicate there are some problems with the company that may preclude such a move.

I'd like to hear other cogent opinions from board members.
