I agree - we are.

I am hearing rumblings that management may be coming around, that the valuations they proposed were for a particular purpose and should not be considered their true position but I am a strong skeptic.

As you know some shareholders are more than willing to give management the benefit of the doubt. I think the shareholders who feel this way are sincere and they are right in the sense that it would be good to get shares from friends and family into CPRKSA. I also understand those who do not want to get into an adversarial relationship with management.

But, I am convinced management has already decided which side of the bread they are going to butter. I think they may be playing an appeasement game to keep shareholders quiet until it is too late.

I hope I am wrong.

At least we a pretty sure nothing will happen for a few days until the venue issue is totally settled.
