The T/A holds the definitive O/S figure, not some judge or lawyer, or Moskowitz.

It's 2.99+ billion...

another one...

Inspect the T/A list and you will see... missing certs... cancelation of 1 BILLION shares... etc etc etc... And thats A FACT! not a presumption...

there are allot of airshares in that list. show it to someone that can read stuff like that...
