That is your supposition. You don't KNOW, you presume. What were the terms of the note? The seller has to show the profit on his taxes like anyone else. How are you privy to that? You BS and think your suppositions are fact. It doesn't mean you are wrong, but you have no access to the relevant information therefore you are shooting in the dark like everyone else!
