Remember that RS theory? Remember those cheap shares you grabbed the next day and then how they doubled within a a few days? I do.

The only problem with the the canceled R/S, is it led to an increase in the A/S, and we are getting dilution now because of that. Dilution sometimes prevents a quick rebound or duplication of a previous chart action. With the extra shares now added to the float, EFLN now needs some PR's with meat (actual revenues) on them to get the price moving north again, since part of the attraction to the stock the past two months was the concept of a low O/S lockdown and possible squeeze.
